Lisa Debo

Manager, Office Services

Lisa joined Argos Family Office in 2022 as Manager, Office Services.  In her role, Lisa manages the daily office needs of Argos employees including information flow via in person or through the company intranet. She also plans and executes employee events and the volunteer opportunities in which the Argos employees participate.  In addition, Lisa collaborates with the property management company to ensure a well-maintained office building.

Lisa enjoys creating a positive work environment that builds employee engagement and collaboration. Through her efforts she seeks to motivate the Argos employees to create strong connections with one another.

Prior to joining Argos Family Office, Lisa was a Business Operations Manager for 14 years at an insurance company and before that she held several roles at Verizon Communications for 17 years.
